Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Chronos account and all associated data directly from within the app, at any time, at no cost.

How to delete your account

    Open the app and sign in to your account.

    Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the home screen.

    Go to Settings.
  4. 4
    Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Warning

The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and irrecoverably removed:

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • Your learning progress and completed lessons
  • Any preferences or settings stored in your account

Data retention

No personal data is retained after account deletion. All records are removed immediately upon confirmation. There is no recovery period.
